Warranty

Dwellity offers a two-year warranty on our modular homes, ensuring that your home is free from defects in materials and workmanship when delivered. If anything goes wrong with the materials or craftsmanship during that time, we’ll repair or replace the faulty parts. However, this warranty doesn’t cover appliances like washers, dryers, water heaters, or refrigerators, as those are covered by their own manufacturers. The warranty applies only to the original buyer, is non-transferable, and is valid only within the continental U.S.

Our warranty covers two years on materials, one year on workmanship, and one year on installation for appliances we install. It doesn’t cover damage from storms, vandalism, accidents, or improper care and will be void if there are structural changes or the foundation is improperly leveled. Cosmetic issues like scratches or fading aren’t included either. To make a claim, you’ll need to report the issue within 60 days and file before the warranty expires. We’ll fix or replace the defective parts, but please note labor costs aren’t covered. Depending on your state, you may have additional rights or protections under the law.
